As the VP of Digital Experience & Design at Highmark Health, I lead a team of talented designers and researchers who collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging and effective digital products and experiences for our customers and members.My expertise spans across digital product design, behavior change, user experience, medical device design, zero UI, usability research, human factors, assistive technology, interactive prototyping, mobile, and surgical robotics.
