• Establish a good understanding of the business processes• Manage entire project management lifecycle, including project schedules, activities, and issues• Ensure project deliverables are delivered by vendors according to defined standards• Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion• Perform project status reporting, and outlining of project progress, activities accomplished, open issues, and next steps• Provides technical support, advice, and consultation to customers with issues relating to database and systems administration and technical resource in finding software solutions for customers• Analyzes user needs in administrative functional areas, determines requirements, develops and implements software solutions to meet customer requirements• Creates test data, conducts tests, and debugs programs, for either in-house or vendor supplied software• Creates and maintains documentation for processes in relation to newly developed programs and/or modifications to existing programs• Conducts research and resolves problems in relation to processes, and monitors processes to determine areas for improvement• Insures compliance with facility standards relating to security and data protection• Conducts customer training as required• Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed• Maintain excellent communication with the management and team members on all tasks and projects

- Responsible for Functional Testing of new Firmware Releases- Test new Lexmark product driver version- Analyze Report/File every bug/defect observed. (Bug Reporting Tool used: Extraview, ClearQuest, TeamTrack)- Regress resolved/Answered issued Bug/Defects- Report Test Progress to Project Lead.- Review Specifications such as Software Driver Specs, Firmware Specs- Initiate action plans to meet testing target end dates- Participate in AGILE(Scrum) activities.
