• Labor and social security review of all routines and sub-routines of personnel management and human resources areas, focused in legal compliance, audit support and merge & acquisitions;• Advice to international clients in labor and social security matters, with issue of expert opinion to support the decisions of administrators;• Conduction of conference calls with international clients and BDO partners;• Member of the work methodology group and Quality Review Team of BDO in Brazil;• Advice and review of calculation procedures regarding social security contributions on revenue (Law # 12.546/11);• Calculation of collective labor claims;• Calculation for legal disputes related to payroll and services rendering;• Elaboration of payroll cost reports;• Advice for implantation of Profit Share Programs, including support in meetings with Labor Union;• Advice for implantation of eSocial;• Calculation and update of social security and labor credits and/or debts;• Elaboration and conduction of trainings regarding the main aspects of Labor and Social Security Laws;• Coordination and review of the work of field teams;• Responsible for the management of over 700 projects.
