* 16 years working on subsea design and structural calculation - analytical calculation, linear and non-linear calculation using FEA (Abaqus) on the following equipments/tooling: Tubing Hanger; THRT; Actuators; Gooseneck; BAP; PLET; Metal Seals; Collet Connector; Clamp Connector; Small Bore Connector; Internal Tree Cap.Beyond my responsibility I could develop the following challenge jobs:Small Bore Connector (Patented): Worked on Small Bore Connector development team. This new equipment was qualified for working pressure 15,000 psi - 9,000 ft.lbf bending moment.Subsea Replacement Seal Tool: This tooling was a real challenge because allow replace the metal seal in the sea and avoid waste of time. This design was considered pionner and is current under patent process in Houston-USA.Gooseneck: Designed the reinforcement for Global project to allow Vertical Connector work using heavier flowline.Elastoplastic Analysis: Created the elastoplastic standard based on ISO 13628-7Accumulator: Created the Accumulator calculation standard considering, temperature, water depth, friction and well pressure. Swivel: Created analytical calculation to define the torque for rotation due to friction, bending moment and axial load. Statoil TH Misalignment Study: This job was done in Leeds plant (England) to determine the maximum TH misalignment, since assembly to installation. This job was quite important because I could use my experiences regarding machining proccess and structural calculation. Low Pressure Cap: Worked on Low Pressure Cap development team where I was responsible to create all design files, tolerance studies and approve drawings for manufacturing. This job was quite important because support Brazilian plant to faces the economic crises. High Pressure Cap: Worked on High Pressure, clamp connector Value Engineering.

a) Responsible for stack-up drawings on BP Taurus Libra where I could check interfaces between XT Frame and the main body, always considering the worst case during manufacturing and therefore ensuring there will be no problem during assembly.b) I was responsible to create the Tubing Hanger Misalignment Philosophy for the project Statoil Johan Castberg where I could create the relevant stack-up drawings that affect the TH misalignment and also determine the figures, based on feasible geometrical & dimensional tolerances and the limit of the system, avoiding any clash and overstress during assembly. This job was very important because I could integrate my all experience, working on AutoCAD drawings, checking finite element analyses and all interfaces during set-up and running.

7 years working at Villares Steel where I had the following responsibilities:a) Create drawings: Using Auto CAD system, the drawings were made to attend the shopfloor machining process and therefore, to succeed, a complete process understanding was necessary.b) Develop machining tools: Improve the machining process to reduce schedule and consequently reduce cost, increasing the shop floor capacity without invest in machining and therefore improve the profit. This objective was reached working with shop floor guys and also tools vendors.c) Machining programs (CNC): Create more than 200 machining programs for lathes and milling machines using Master CAM system. To succeed at this job a complete process understanding was necessary and I have the opportunity to do more than 60 Try-Outs .d) Try-out: Especially during the first 2 years, I was present at all try-outs (first machining) and this job was very important to understand all shop floor necessity and therefore improve the programs to machining faster and safer.
