Current* 16 years working on subsea design and structural calculation - analytical calculation, linear and non-linear calculation using FEA (Abaqus) on the following equipments/tooling: Tubing Hanger; THRT; Actuators; Gooseneck; BAP; PLET; Metal Seals; Collet Connector; Clamp Connector; Small Bore Connector; Internal Tree Cap.Beyond my responsibility I could develop the following challenge jobs:Small Bore Connector (Patented): Worked on Small Bore Connector development team. This new equipment was qualified for working pressure 15,000 psi - 9,000 ft.lbf bending moment.Subsea Replacement Seal Tool: This tooling was a real challenge because allow replace the metal seal in the sea and avoid waste of time. This design was considered pionner and is current under patent process in Houston-USA.Gooseneck: Designed the reinforcement for Global project to allow Vertical Connector work using heavier flowline.Elastoplastic Analysis: Created the elastoplastic standard based on ISO 13628-7Accumulator: Created the Accumulator calculation standard considering, temperature, water depth, friction and well pressure. Swivel: Created analytical calculation to define the torque for rotation due to friction, bending moment and axial load. Statoil TH Misalignment Study: This job was done in Leeds plant (England) to determine the maximum TH misalignment, since assembly to installation. This job was quite important because I could use my experiences regarding machining proccess and structural calculation. Low Pressure Cap: Worked on Low Pressure Cap development team where I was responsible to create all design files, tolerance studies and approve drawings for manufacturing. This job was quite important because support Brazilian plant to faces the economic crises. High Pressure Cap: Worked on High Pressure, clamp connector Value Engineering.
