Developed and managed a $40 million loan and a $15 million deposit portfolio by focusing on profitable and viable prospects, cross-selling and credit analysis. Developed plan to exceed the annual loan portfolio goal of $28 million. Plan included the development of a target prospect list and calling schedule. Each prospect was in a profitably industry segment, characterized has having consistent credit needs and had high profile owners. Through needs assessments, focused on understanding the business, industry and owners. By presenting solutions based on their needs, the executed plan resulted in a loan portfolio of $40 million which exceeded the goal by 40%. Cross-sold new loan clients other financial solutions. Plan included knowledge of existing client relationships to propose additional financial solutions that help clients achieve business objectives. Successful solutions demonstrated the overall value of consolidation of financial products with the Private Bank and engaging clients with cash management specialists. This approach resulted in a deposit portfolio of $16 million which exceeded goal by 160%. Prepared comprehensive credit approval packages to obtain approval from the Private Bank’s Loan Committee and Board of Directors. Submitted only strong credit proposals that included market and financial analysis, collateral evaluation and loan covenants to protect the Private Bank’s position. As a result, all credit proposals submitted were approved.
