Responsible for developing comprehensive voice strategies, designing, upgrading, deploying, retiring, and troubleshooting components constituting a CUCM and UCCX system. Proficient in preparing the design, implementation, migration, and test plans, I collaborate closely with clients to analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendations for voice and data infrastructure enhancements.My expertise extends to the deployment and support of Cisco Unified Communications projects, where I've successfully delivered data, voice, wireless, and security projects globally. This includes pivotal roles in the USA, China, Argentina, and Austria, involving travel to each site to establish end-to-end office network structures for two major clients in Brazil. Additionally, I've executed significant Contact Center projects based on the Cisco UCCX solution, featuring crucial third-party software integrations.My role encompasses the design and implementation of Cisco networks, incorporating routers, switches, and firewalls to bolster Unified Communications deployments. My proactive approach involves the continuous monitoring and maintenance of customer IPT deployments to minimize Incident Reports, leveraging advanced tools and statistical usage data.I excel in evaluating new deployments to ensure a seamless transition into steady-state support, aiming to elevate customer service levels. Additionally, I provide adept support for Managed IPT Monitoring platforms, such as Prognosis and Cisco Unified Operations Manager. As a Help-Desk Coordinator, I spearheaded network administration efforts connecting the headquarters with two branch offices. Our team implemented cutting-edge solutions, including MPLS, VPN links between plants, IP Telephony network with Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express, and SRST feature on branch office routers. I played a key role in enabling remote network monitoring with traffic statistics.A significant achievement was the implementation of DFS for seamless data replication between the HQ and branch offices. During my tenure, I managed Microsoft Forefront, ensuring effective administration, maintenance updates, and threat monitoring. Additionally, we successfully executed server virtualization using VMWare, significantly reducing our physical server environment from 30 to just 4 machines.In my diverse roles, I conducted periodic checks and updates for Service packs and Patches for Servers and clients, configured user security settings, and distributed software using Group Policy. My responsibilities extended to managing DHCP, DNS, File Server, and Exchange Server.
