As a manager, I was tasked with hiring and restructuring the Governance and Cloud Infrastructure area supporting TOTVS's cloud. In a challenging environment with over 4.000 clients across 5 data centres in Brazil, we supported systems and automation for Protheus, RM, Datasul, and Fluig products.

I was responsible for structuring over 120 IT processes to qualify the company for SoX certification and maintain our listing on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ. Managed people, budget, vendors, and partners (contracts), besides supporting other teams (internal teams of the 13 companies in the group) in their digital transformation journey and use of the Public Cloud.

I was focused on designing, PoC, PoV, and implementing automation for installing and configuring backups, operating systems, ERPs, third-party applications, monitoring policies, and security for complex environments with Disaster Recovery and High Scalability. I mainly worked in mission-critical ecosystems to move or create from scratch in Clouds like AWS, OCI, and our Private Cloud (Cisco and VMware).

I also managed investments in product development, bridging communication between business and technical areas, guiding business stakeholders to the ideal professional solution, and helping our platform achieve the expected value for our customers.

I've coordinated a multi-disciplinary Infrastructure, DBAs, Windows, Linux, and Products team, supporting all TOTVS offices with around 14,000 users (~8,000 simultaneous). We carried out one of the largest product version migrations from version 11 to version 12 for Protheus, Fluig, and RM. We also provided knowledge for other areas of TOTVS, such as datacenter and cloud solution architecture.
