I advise PMO offices on cost estimating strategies to plan, develop, and execute projects efficiently and effectively across various sectors and geographic locations.My mission is to serve, train, and communicate "best in class" cost, schedule, and risk tools and techniques to oversee and support the fiscal year ROI planning, budgeting, forecasting, bidding, change control, claims, and auditing functions for construction programs, projects, and portfolios.
