Negotiate interface requirements and operations and maintenance requirements with launch element contractors and NASA customers as a representative on contractor/NASA working groups. Author engineering changes, specifications, procedures and processes. Coordinate integrated system analyses among a diverse set of technical areas. Deliver technical presentations to company and customer management. Perform real-time systems monitoring and troubleshooting during launch and on-orbit operations. Perform risk assessments and root cause failure analysis. Develop Technical Performance Monitors (TPM) for multi-disciplinary systems.

Lead project in the analysis and development of systems interface requirements between launch vehicle elements and ground systems. Perform technical analysis of changes to interface requirements, operations and maintenance requirements, and launch requirements. Support planning and execution of technical reviews such as Systems Requirements Reviews (SRRs), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs) and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs). Support the development of program requirements including their allocation and flowdown to launch vehicle and ground support interfaces. Perform analysis to certify system interfaces meet program requirements and were ready for launch. Coordinate integrated system analyses among a diverse set of technical areas.
