Led operational planning teams in designing joint Naval and Marine Corps exercises incorporating all military capabilities across all warfighting functions and achieved overwhelming success in accordance with exercise objectives with 0 injuries and under budget. Called upon, by the Marine Corps to design and create employment concepts for Information operations in warfighting. o Plan and manage training for the team that resulted in achieving the top proficiency metrics in the organization. o Improved training and operational readiness by 60% within the first 6 months. o Planned and directed 10 major training and operational exercises, including 11 different countries, with over 15K personnel by successfully managing teams and proactively developing and empowering section teams to work independently. o Reorganized the leadership in the organization to better meet operational commitments reducing man-hours and streamlining decision making.o Designed and developed budgets in support of exercises and training in excessive of $30M.

Recruited to become Principle Advisor and Second in Command for all USMC and UAE Khalifa Brigade operations. Directed 122 team members in the operational lifecycle from training to execution for cross-functional departments. Selected to lead 36 direct reports while simultaneously handling Assistant Operations Manager duties. Managed the operations and maintenance of vehicles on land and sea.
