Ameresco, a multi billion dollar company in the energy conservation field, I was hired to ensure proper and complete over-site of all projects in northeast Ohio. The primary market was K-12 Schools, higher education campuses and commercial buildings. I kept projects on time during the pandemic with the supply chain issues that challenged every project. Opened new opportunities with customers, adding 30% more revenue by watching out for the best interest of the customer while exceeding the company's profit and margin goals. Taking the original SOW, I looked for and found new opportunities through value engineering, total value project scope, customer goals, budgets, and managed the expectations to achieve consistent customer satisfaction. Created SOW's, RFQ's RFP's, RFI's, Project Scheduling and Budgeting to final completion/warranty turnover.

Pre-construction activities such as site evaluation, site plans, architectural selection, land development, site drawings, permits, zoning, architectural reviews, mechanical drawings, bidding and estimating, constructability reviews, safety, construction schedules, due diligence of utilities, leasehold improvements, lease negotiations, work letters, permits and full documentation kept each project under budget. With a brilliant team of software engineers, Jeff was brought on board to translate that brilliance into a profitable business. He changed the focus to be customer driven and re-invented the product to become the premier real-time intelligent operational dispatch system. Sales exceeded $5 million within 18 months to $100 million.Then he focused on the US Government, creating and leading a new division. Adding "intelligence" to our standard software solution, allowed massive productivity increase for the US Army Logistics, replacing the existing supplier for the US Army Logistic System (Damms-R), making TMW the largest software company in the industry (over $100 million in sales to the US Government). After he made the sale and developed the product, he continued as Senior Project Manager to implement the software solutions to all logistic centers worldwide.
