He also provides insights through behavioural and career profiling, and coaching people through change and implementation.A CPA, CMA with years of experience in management, executive and board roles, Jeff is an experienced leader who advances organizational vision through excellence in people, planning, and process. He has supported the growth and development of many organizations and teams. He began his career working in industry accounting and analyst roles, but his passion for helping people and business succeed drew him into the management and strategic planning arena. He has worked in consulting, banking, retail, charities, gaming, farming and entertainment industries, and even had a pretty good run playing lead guitar in a rock band.Jeff’s interests in the human side of the equation led him to acquire Master Certification in The Birkman Method®, and to completed certificate programs in Advanced Family Wealth Advising, Advanced Family Business Advising, Strategic Management and Project Management. His academic achievements include the Gold Award from the Society of Management Accountants (CMA) for his performance on the National Exam.Jeff is known for his friendly, personable character and sense of humour. He enjoys his family, playing hockey, technology, spreadsheets, music, and may still become a rock star someday.
