Implemented and managed operations strategy and built relationships with physicians, vendors, executives, board of directors, community members, and legislators. Acquired two specialty practices and one of the largest primary care practices in community. Developed a 6 provider orthopedic practice at a new $1.5M center for orthopedic care.EXECUTIVE TEAM LEADERSHIP: Led and directed teams essential to improving control, growing revenue, delivering services, and expanding operations: business planning, physician relationship management, provider recruitment, vendor management, practice leadership, staff development, customer service, marketing, real estate and facility design/construction/maintenance, community and occupational health services, public relations, philanthropy and legislative advocacy.PROGRAM LAUNCHES & ENHANCEMENTS: Initiated and improved multiple, ongoing programs to serve the community. RADIOLOGY FACILITY: Negotiated acquisition of $2M radiology facility supporting 10K new visits per year. RETIREMENT FACILITY: Built a 57 unit retirement facility for 55+.  MEDICAL CENTERS: Led design and construction of $23M Fulton Medical Center and $5M Central Square Medical Center transforming ambulatory services to generate financial surplus directly and downstream.EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVE: Created dashboard for each of 10 practices to improve transparency. Partnered with Executive Director to monitor budget goals against performance and create/implement action plan to track top 5 operating initiatives for each practice. Refined budget goals for growing practices and achieved budget goals for mature practices in the 10 practice multi-specialty group.
