My experience includes planning, structuring and executing complex real estate and corporate transactions, commercial leasing and sophisticated financing transactions, including securitized mortgages, multi-tranche mezzanine loans and preferred equity transactions. I am also active in development transactions, including those involving hotels, and have extensive experience in negotiating both hotel management and franchise agreements with major hotel brands.I also counsel clients on investments in real property and advise on issues related to appropriate forms of organization, business plans, stockholders, partnership and operating agreements, commercial transactions, joint venture agreements, tenancies in common and other strategic partnerships, restructurings, workouts and dispute resolution. I also handle construction loan financings for developments.
