During my time at Sun Valley Mortgage, I took the company from broker only to fully delegated. I helped establish warehouse lines. I helped the company get boarded with multiple investors and MI companies. I was in charge of hiring Underwriters, Processors, Closers, Funders, compliance and Post Closing Specialists. I continued to manage support and production staff.I implemented Encompass and Loan Sifter. Additionally, I handled IT functions. I wrote our operating procedures. Finally, I established and ran our secondary desk. I specialize in helping companies and individuals find the best possible financing solution for their financing needs. I recruited 219 Loan Officers in under 4 months using social media to recruit all but 4 of these Loan Officers. I Managed Loan Officer production and ensured compliance for many production centers. I worked as a Secondary Market Manager for one year.I managed 12 Production Centers and many individual Loan Officers. I loved working with a great team. One of my greatest accomplishments was helping to grow our reverse mortgage division from 2 loan officers to the 6th largest in the country. I was a member of the compliance board and the loan committee. I enjoyed the challenge of understanding multiple state programs.

I helped 772 Seniors understand HECM ( Reverse Mortgages ) and provided HUD-approved HECM ( Reverse Morgage ) Counseling. I taught homebuyer education courses that are required for many federal and state DPA programs.I worked aggressively as a HUD-approved foreclosure and loan modification specialist. I presented weekly classes for individuals facing foreclosure and then met with them one on one to help determine the best plan to help save their homes. I successfully negotiated over 200 loan modifications at no cost to my clients. I taught financial independence classes to female domestic violence victims in order to help them move forward with their lives.

Several projects were completed for Hill Air Force Base, Flying J, Hertz rentals and the State of Utah. I sold Advanced Business Solutions in 2006.
