I am a Support Engineer II at Carvana, where I apply my full stack development and data skills to resolve bugs, defects, and issues for customers on the company website. I have been working at Carvana for over two years, starting as a Support Engineer I and progressing to my current role.I have a certificate of completion from Fullstack Academy, where I learned JavaScript, Node, React, PostgreSQL, and other technologies that enable me to build and maintain web applications. I also have experience with Splunk, Test Rail, Jira, HTML5, and CSS, which I use daily to search and manipulate data, troubleshoot and fix code, navigate logs, and quality test new features and changes. I enjoy working in a team environment and collaborating with engineers, QA, and other support staff to deliver high-quality products and services. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a support engineer and finally break through as a full stack engineer!
