We are an initiative of the EKY Heritage Foundation. PMP was created in 2022 to serve the Economic Development needs of Letcher County and it’s 3 cities.The partnership consists of Letcher County Fiscal Court, Cities of Whitesburg, Jenkins, and Fleming-Neon, along with business partners.

Utilize commercial financial documents to make informed lending decisions. Using Excel, I prepare reports for senior management and the board of directors.I am also responsible for all personal and commercial real estate appraisal and evaluation reviews.

I acted as liaison between UPIKE students and administrators in order to improve the campus and foster a sense of community. I overseen the general council of student representatives and oversee the Student Activities Council in which I have delegated power with another student in order to foster leadership abilities among more students than myself. I organized campus events and also we helped campus organizations spread their message. I sat on the board of trustees for the university, so that the students have a voice to those people who can make change happen. I was responsible for between 30 to 40 students, each with direct reports under them.

Drove sales of fine jewelry and watches by learning the customers interests and desires before ever putting a product in front of them. I sold the experience of buy jewelry instead of the jewelry itself.• $90,000 in sales in my 1 year of service. I helped to train new hires, was responsible for creative merchandising and up-selling to drive product out of the door. During each weeks sales I would make sure signage was clear and visible in order to push customers toward highlighted products.

I assisted customers in finding the products they need, and some products that I feel that they may like. I drove sales in my department by keeping it clean and always being available when a customer needs me. I maintained safety and minimized shoplifting by providing a clean well organized department with an accurate inventory count as well as working closely with the Asset Protection team to develop best practices for my area.
