With over 12 years of experiences in marketing across greater China; Jeff was privileged enough to have consumed and crafted his knowledge and skillsets through a collection of global 4A agencies where he has garnered experiences across multiple disciplines within the industry.Jeff is currently based in Shanghai with the goal of one day returning home to the west coast of North America; however, for the time being, he is enjoying the exciting and ever-evolving market of China where his skillsets is put to use on a daily basis whilst continuously obtaining new ones. Jeff believes in doing things that inspires him and reflects his values; he joined Nike in 2016 with the hope of being part of a team that brings values to not just the consumers but the culture of sports. Through his time here, he has witnessed the importance of fusing brand value with consumer insights where he was lucky enough to be put into the driver seat to drive the movement as East Territory Brand Manager for both Nike Basketball and Jordan Brand. With the pace of consumer evolution in regard to behavior and needs, Jeff and his team is constantly pushed to be receptive to these changes in order to ensure that the value he and the team provides are relevant and truly enhance the life of his consumers whilst bringing in financial values.With the boom of esports across the world, in 2018 he was invited to join a task force that is put in place to understand the relationship between this massive community that is currently driving the youth culture and the value Nike can provide. He now sits within the newly formed Esports category within Nike Greater China where he is task to continue to help both the professional league and their fans & consumer to understand the value and benefit of sports.Jeff prides himself in his ability to bring forth a personality of a brand that is not just relevant to the targeted consumers but with insights and finesse whilst upholding a strategic and business driven mindset.
