As the former Global Senior Director Source to Pay Systems and Technologies at UPS (retired), I have more than 30 years of experience in leading and managing medium to large scale regional and global initiatives across multiple lines of business and staff functions. I have a proven track record of delivering results, driving operational efficiency, and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges in the procurement, accounting, and technology domains.I have now taken this extensive skillset and experience and I am assisting other companies digitize their source to pay operations with the team at Nitor Partners. I have extensive subject matter expertise in all aspects of the Source to Pay life cycle, including e-Invoicing, Oracle R12, Oracle Cloud, Tradeshift, SAP Ariba, Coupa BSM, and various system integrations. I have successfully implemented and integrated multiple Source to Pay applications, resulting in over $20 million in annual savings. I have also leveraged my analytical skills and business acumen to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, optimize workflows, manage vendors, and monitor KPIs. Additionally, I have a strong background in agile project management, having obtained certifications in Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner, and I have coached and mentored others in these methodologies. I am passionate about bridging the gap between the business and the IT groups, and ensuring alignment of strategy, operations, and customer service.I have also lead a IT team in web and application development using various technologies including migration of our data lakes to Google Cloud Platform.
