We live in exciting times - indeed we are witnessing a technological revolution unlike any other in our lifetime - and perhaps ever. AI and genAI are expanding what we can do, and LLMs means we no longer have to learn how to talk to a computer. They can talk to us. But to leverage knowledge and glean insights, it must be accessible. It must be accurate. It must be secure.That's where I come in. I find novel ways to apply AI to business, to solve customer challenges and advance goals by unlocking and maximizing the value of information - especially the information captured in unstructured text. Search is the conduit that identifies the information we need and use every day; generative AI is supercharging the experience into the realm of AI Assistants and AI Agents.
