As the Associate Head Baseball Coach at Ottawa University Arizona, I oversee our institutional budget, while creating and executing a fundraising campaign that raises more than 50k each year. In addition to financial responsibilities, I oversee all baseball operations, both on and off field, team building, practice planning, scouting of opponents, video analysis, and travel. As Recruiting Coordinator at Ottawa University Arizona, my extensive network combined with my expertise in social networking has been pivotal in expanding our team's roster significantly. Our organization has seen a roster growth from 36 to over 110 athletes, demonstrating a profound impact on the athletic department's development. All of this while increasing win total and a first ever National Championship run in 2024. As hitting coach, I have enhanced our team's offensive strategy, built an offense that is on the top of many offensive categories nationwide while contributing to continuous improvement in our win/loss record. My efforts in writing and executing effective practice plans, alongside coordinating travel itineraries, have streamlined team operations and fostered a culture of success within the university's athletic programs.
