I've devoted my career to the pursuit of equitable opportunities and educational justice for children, youth, and incarcerated adults. I've led organizations, designed innovative programs, and partnered with philanthropy to fuel their growth. Today, I support districts, states, and CMOs to scale turnkey, affordable, academic summer programs that deliver results for K–12 students--while nurturing teacher development through mentorship and modeling. I also chair the board of trustees at Mt. Tamalpais College, an accredited college operating inside San Quentin State Prison.Great teachers inspired me to learn and helped to shape my trajectory.
