I lead iOS development for the Yelp Connect platform on the Yelp and Yelp Business apps with the objective to help business owners extend their reach to customers using Stories and Social Posts.

I developed several features for the SaaS-based Tulip Clienteling and Checkout apps that were used by retailers in the high-fashion industry.

I managed the throughput of daily tasks for a team of developers -- overseeing project deliverables, and coordinating with BAs, POs, and PMs on aligning the technical and business teams.I led and managed and team of 4-8 developers to deliver several key features, such as in-app Chat, which resulted in quarterly organizational rewards for the team for the successful launch.I also helped develop code in our Swift and Objective-C codebase, and helped enhance our Fastlane-based CI/CD pipeline.Note: I left this position mid-2019 to take a 3-month personal sabbatical.

I worked on the CBC News and CBC Sports app, delivering features to help enhance the news reading experience on mobile.I built the iOS mobile team’s CI/CD infrastructure from the ground up using Fastlane and Atlassian’s Bamboo, to enable fast testing and delivery for our apps.

I helped develop a new API service using Java Spring, to add bank-wide functionality for customer-requested credit card limit increases.I developed features for the iOS and Android apps to use the API my team built above, and offer a way for customers to request credit limit increases in the Capital One mobile banking apps.I helped create the foundation of the Capital One Credit Keeper website, built on AngularJS and ReactJS, which was a key product in competing against other banks.I led development of the Capital One hackathon website, which was a joint effort between myself as the technical lead, a UX Designer, and our Creative Director.
