Mr. Fruhwirth is a certified GIS Professional (GISP). He has over fiveyears’ experience in GIS and Map production, web mapping. He also has workedextensively with build out and database management for critical habitat of threatened andendangered species across the United States, including areas affected by the DeepwaterHorizon oil spill and numerous renewable energy projects. He has developed and builttools for web data extraction and download.Mr Fruhwirth has also significantly streamlined operations within the team and has been instrumental in developing standards and encouraging automation of common tasks & processes on both the mapping and administrative side of the job. These have resulted in significant time and money savings, reducing errors and leading to greater satisfaction from internal and external clients.

Write Discharge permits (NPDES) for coalbed methane water, and other permitting activities such as permit modifications and terminations. In addition, I managed the assimilative capacity program, which allowed operators to release water into the Powder River pending water quality sample results and approval from WDEQ.I also worked heavily in systems testing for the WYPDES Database, including maintenance, upgrades and bug fixes. This included working in our system locating issues, and resolving issues on my own, or working with consultants to find a resolution. In addition to the database, I was also on the team to move permit applications to the web, and the team that assisted in the Environmental Site Profile launch, which sought to help add all permits from divisions of the DEQ into one map.

Responsible for Installation, performance testing of clustered ArcGIS servers, Creation and maintenance of ArcGIS Services, Management of dynamic GIS data in PostGIS and Oracle Spatial databases including QA/QC. Metadata development.Development of custom ArcGIS services to support GIS processing and modeling.

I mange GIS Databases and online mapping technologies using Oracle, SQL and ArcGIS.

- Mapped 100 plus alcohol related offenses in Boulder County Monthly- Analyzed and reported conclusions based on type and location of offense- Helped make policy decisions on how to reduce the student consumption of alcohol.
