After a decade of working with emerging leaders through various church leadership roles in Texas, Florida, and Colorado, I founded Nexlead to support universities, churches, and schools in their efforts to develop emerging young leaders within their organizations. Our key program was EuroTrain, an adventure-style leadership development experience through England, Belgium, Switzerland, and France that hinged on some of history's most outstanding leaders.
