Combined hardware & software workflow development for novel X-ray microscopes. Developed automated Python scripts for system operation, optimization, 3D CT reconstruction, and 3D visualization. I led a multi-year development project for the Li-ion battery market, including environmental analysis (EA), thought leadership at key conferences, writing articles in leading technical journals, as well as technical application development. I was also the primary driver for correlative microscopy application development, building and documenting workflows involving multiple characterization instruments focused on the same region of interest. Our team developed and scaled the laboratory nanoscale x-ray microscope product line through the product life cycle (PLC) process, including standardized laboratory models and custom-engineered synchrotron instrumentation. These projects generated $MM revenue within my first three years at the company. This was followed by an introduction of the next-generation product, where I collaborated on the engineering design and led the PLC from alpha through RTM. I developed technical procedures and best-known methods for internal & external training, along with white papers, application notes, and manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals. I also worked directly with customers to package solutions specific for their applications and supported them toward success.
