With eight years of experience as a co-founder, CFO and partner of multiple investment management offices, I've honed my expertise in identifying and nurturing promising ventures and helping develop entrepreneurs across various industries. My focus has been advising and scaling companies and brands through capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and expanding distribution networks for consumer-packaged goods in high-growth and emerging markets. I am very fortunate that the brands and companies I have dedicated myself to have been the top performers of their respective weight classes, and are what some consider to be Trail Blazers.Currently, I am most interested in intellectual property and specialty finance. As a fourth-generation entrepreneur, I've launched and helped lead numerous companies throughout my career. During my MBA, when I was mentored by the Chief Strategy Officer of Coca-Cola, my eyes were opened to the possibility and initial understanding of what we felt would become a foundational feedstock program worldwide. After earning my MBA, I joined Capgemini, one of the world's largest consulting firms, where I am recognized as a thought leader for my contributions. I then returned to the Dutch Caribbean to advise some of the governments on impact-driven projects and launched multiple startups focused on growth market segments that I felt were locally relevant. By 2015, I became an advisor to AgTech and supply chain platforms focused on developing markets. We leveraged new technologies and adapted unique programs to scale ancillary service providers whose clients focused on cash crops, significantly improving their operations and market reach. Since then, I have co-founded, launched, and scaled high-profile companies in high-growth markets, including FinTech, ancillary service providers, manufacturers, brands, distributors, and retailers. I aim to drive innovation and progress, empowering the companies and individuals I collaborate with to accomplish their goals in a dynamic and evolving landscape.
