The majority of time was spent estimating and managing Com-Tech’s projects with NEON, Inc. Project locations included several in Puerto Rico, Gatlinburg, TN, Barrow AK and two near Fresno, CA.The NEON sites, funded by The National Science Foundation, are environmental data gathering sites and consist of an observation platform, a building for equipment plus power and fiber throughout the site for the various sensors.
