This problem is so pervasive that 96% of cycling commuters fear getting hit from behind. To combat this problem Cycling Designs LLC has created Cyclesight which gives cyclists a way to monitor rear approaching traffic without taking their eyes off the road in front of them. Others have tried and failed to bring a similar product to market. Now cyclists will be able to have complete situational awareness and avoid dangerous situations. Importantly, if an accident does occur the automatic recording device embedded into Cyclesight will provide a visual record of exactly what happened.
