Reporting to CFO and COO, Directed IT operations in North America and Asia Pacific. Oversee all IT functions including data center operations, vendor relationships, technical support, security, telecom, website management,application development, financial monitoring, project management and disaster recovery planning. Manage 2.5 million dollar operating expense budget and direct activities of 14+ staff.

Collaborated with CTO to develop new engineering initiatives, process and time saving practices using off the shelf technologies.Led a team of in-house and contract employees to increase stability of critical revenue generating corel.com and ecommerce systems by performing complete upgrade and rewrite of Corel’s website and underlying systems.Accountable for the on-going maintenance, development and implementation of website and intranet related projects supporting 10 million dollars of yearly revenue. Qualified new technology opportunities and documented ROI for presentation at senior level. Managed, directly and indirectly, 25+ personnel including IT staff, programmers, system architects, marketing leads, and consultants and an operating budget of 2 Million dollars.
