Responsible for overall management and strategic direction of Amerisave’s IT department. Key stakeholder and project lead for the development and digitization of Amerisave’s mortgage lead management platform resulting in generation of $2B in mortgage originations. Responsible for the optimization & vendor management of key IT systems to handle increase demand; data & voice, predictive dialing systems, and reporting systems.* Designed and implemented new mortgage application utilizing ColdFusion MX, SQL Server, XML, and Flash MX. Increased locking/paying customers' applications from 10 per day to over 150 per day while helping Amerisave generate US$2 billion in loan originations.* Architected new suite of intranet applications that implementing linked SQL Servers, ColdFusion MX & 5.0, and XML & Email utilized by Amerisave employees to aid in processing of the mortgage applications.* Architected the implementation of Predictive Dialer systems, Voice Logging system and telephony upgrades. Result was a dramatic increase of lead conversion to locking customers.* Managed a switch of Data and Voice provider saving Amerisave approximately US$5,000 a month on data and long distance charges.
