CurrentCurrent Role: Project management lead for preconstruction, design assist efforts, scheduling, project controls, buyout, risk mitigation and constraints removal for an infrastructure upgrade project to several suburban campus buildings to mitigate GMP production risks associated with PG&E Public Safety Power Shutoff events. The projects include the installation of a fuel tank and transfer pump skid, replacement of manual with automatic transfer switches, BMS controls and the replacement of an existing standby emergency diesel generator with a natural gas generator allowing the full consolidation of all critical loads for campus manufacturing facilities.Q4 2022-Q3 2023: Project management for account based tenant improvements for a leading biotechnology company including a $20M newly envisioned office and lab workplace environment prototype.2020-2022 UCSF NHPH: Leading early design-build buyout, medical equipment coordination and prefabrication strategy as part of a general contracting tri-venture and collection of SME’s delivering a 1M SF $4.5B “Hospital of the Future” for a leading health sciences client.2019-2020 Kaiser MOB: Moved the client satisfaction needle from tentative to preferred vendor by leading the highly successful, on time and under budget delivery of a $65M+, 145K SF IPD Medical Office Building Tenant Improvement (TI) project for Kaiser Permanente.● Conducted detailed scope analysis in partnership with subcontractors to identify potential scope gaps and include relevant ROM’s or unit pricing while owning the complete $22M lump sum subcontractor buyout limiting SCO’s and providing $2.8M in project savings.● Design integration lead, quickly eliminated constraints and resolved constructability issues in support of production.● Led development, virtual platform delivery and validation of learning for a submittal review best practices training pilotprogram administered to personnel ranging in roles from Project Engineer to Sr Project Managers.
