Jeff Gourd is a Mercedes-Benz Master Certified Sales Manager at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte. He has over 19 years of experience with the Mercedes-Benz brand and over 23 years in the automotive industry. He joined Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte in 2007, because he saw a company that is authentic and everything they do is open, honest, and with the customer's best interest in mind. He also likes that it is a professional organization and that people leave Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte in the best car they have ever owned. Through the years Jeff has completed over 100 Mercedes-Benz training classes and has worked on many projects in addition to achieving numerous awards for the outstanding service that he has provided his customers. In 2006 Mercedes-Benz USA gave him the title Master Certified and since that time, they have invited him to attend Mercedes-Benz On-Track events for the past 3 years and the AMG Driving Academy. During this time they have also awarded him for being the Top Salesman of the month and for having the highest CSI in the market at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte. Starting in 2010 when the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter came to the USA, he has organized several Sprinter tradeshow events, a Sprinter Vendor Showcase with the nations leading Sprinter Outfitters, and oversaw the commission and build of multiple Mercedes-Benz Executive Coach Sprinters. He is excited about what his future holds with Mercedes-Benz and continuing to work with a world-class organization that sells the best brand of cars on the planet.
