Oversaw and handled the scheduling of nine booths across two locations including troubleshooting problems that arose, as well as trained and directed staff and interfaced with clients.Trained a team of more than 20 to direct audiobook recording sessions, including how to manage narrators, during recording sessions, read and understand the pronunciation lists, studio etiquette, and file management.Contributed to projects cast with major personalities, including Henry Winkler, Bronson Pinchot, WilliamShatner, Alyssa Milano, Mariel Hemingway, Rachel Hollis, Beau Bridges, and Louis Gossett Jr.Interfaced with clients and received and processed the necessary information to convey to our team to make sure the jobs were done correctly.Directed and Cleaned up the recordings of hundreds of audiobooks to ensure that the recordings were accurate and consistent.Optimized and perfected the performance of the narrator to ensure that the script was read accurately, the emphasis hit correctly, things were pronounced correctly, and that character voices made sense and stayed consistent.Make certain the overall performance was in line with the author’s intent.

I worked as an intern under the guidance of grammy award winning engineer/producer Tom Weir. My work included the setup, breakdown, and assisting both recording sessions and live sound events.
