As an Associate at Mercer Group Associates, I provide strategic HR advice and support to various clients, including local governments, nonprofits, and educational institutions. I also leverage my credentials as a Certified Human Resources Manager and a SHRM-CP to deliver high-quality training and development programs for HR professionals and leaders. Previously, I was the Human Resources Director at Athens-Clarke County Unified Government, where I led a team of 25 staff and oversaw all aspects of employee benefits, employee relations, performance management, compensation, risk management, and talent acquisition for over 1,700 employees and 40 local government functions.
