Performed mission planning functions for target flight tests over the Pacific Ocean. Performed algorithm development including programming, and test. Battle Command development including concept of operations, engagement scenario development and modeling, capabilities assessment, requirements definition, requirements analysis, requirements verification, interface control documents, and ground test. Managed passive IR sensors data collection in MDA target flight tests. Prepared pre-mission target characterization for optical sensors – visible, short wave infrared, midwave infrared, and longwave infrared. Used Satellite Toolkit (STK) to prepare mission scenario 3-D animations to graphically represent sensor test support positions (TSPs), target trajectory, airborne sensor flight path, acquisition of signal (AOS) and loss of signal (LOS) graphs. Coordinated flight test team deployment logistics to support on-site participation at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) and White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) [first to arrive, last to leave]. Managed the limited take-off and landing locations of airborne sensor aircraft as affected by weather, desired test support position with respect to fishing waters, and hazard area issues with respect to local population and natural habitats. Prepared analysis reports including Pre-mission Data Analysis Package, input to Flight/Test Readiness Review, Quick-Look Report (48-hr), and the 30-Day Report.
