As Executive Director of the Central Texas Angel Network (CTAN) in Austin, TX, he connected early-stage companies with critical funding. His entrepreneurial journey spans industries including retail, luxury furniture, hospitality, and golf, where he successfully founded and led multiple startups.Coaching Venture CapitalistsJeff co-founded a boutique coaching business focused on empowering venture capitalists to amplify their impact. Leveraging 20+ years of experience, he offers customized coaching to enhance leadership, optimize fundraising strategies, improve decision-making, and strengthen firm and partnership dynamics. His mission is to help VCs lead with clarity and confidence while building thriving organizations.Jeff holds a BS in Business Management/Information Systems from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was the Director of the Venture Fellows program and co-founded the Jon Brumley Texas Venture Labs.Outside of work, Jeff is a devoted husband and proud father of four daughters. He dedicates over 15 hours weekly to serving his church community and enjoys golf, tennis, running, and outdoor adventures.
