I joined Advocate Aurora Health in the leadership of evolving the digital health strategy of my former client, and since the merger with Atrium Health, I am assisting in areas of innovation, entrepreneurial, and business growth across the 3rd largest US health system.I am working on:- Artificial Intelligence (AI) products that help us rethink what is possible in Radiology and Oncology, and how we use technology to empower more personal and directed care for our patients.- The system wide evaluation of XR, AR, and VR (extended, augmented, and virtual reality) and spatial computing with manufacturers, App vendors, and partners to advance the areas of radiology, pre-surgical planning, surgery, education, and health equity in ways that move the health industry forward.- Partnering with global leading organizations in new product strategies that help reshape the intersection of digital health and wellness.

I transitioned seamlessly into the role of Chief Product Officer for the Duet Health team as I led the strategic growth of the suite of software and services we provided our health systems and children's hospital clients across the country to engage their patient consumers. I created a strong Customer Advisory Board that worked closely with our health system customers to ensure we were directionally aligned with their goals and objectives and our new feature development continued to drive the industry forward. Inside of the Product Team I managed Product Owners, Product Managers, Designers, Client Execution, and User Adoption Professionals who ensured we continued to be the industry leader in Patient Experience programming.Deliver offered proprietary software products and were best known for our Gemini software. Gemini served millions of patients each year through white labeled mobile applications and web sites as "the digital front door" for their consumer patient experience and received 4 A+ reviews in a KLAS Research Spotlight Report in 2022 (and 4 different industry awards for patient experiences - setting the industry standard).

I founded Duet Health and led the company through all the various stages of maturation all the various funding tracks including Seed, VC, PE, through to Strategic Acquisition. Duet was a software products company serving healthcare in delivering next generation technology for both patients and providers in better communication, experience and engagement, and education. Duet was one of the first companies in healthcare to provide our health system customers with mobile applications that patients used as a part of their care and grew into being a recognized subject matter expert in the field of mobile healthcare, receiving numerous awards and accolades. Duet clients and strategic partners included organizations such as: the Center for Disease Control, the FDA, Wolters Kluwer, the Harvard Medical School, Boston Children’s Hospital, Advocate Aurora Health, Trinity Health, OhioHealth, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, The Ohio State University, and so many others. As the CEO I lead the company and was an active participate in driving the Product Strategy while working together with industry leaders across the US to ensure we had a large vision to deliver programming that served not only singular clients in reaching their goals and objectives but also presented solutions that could serve the industry, covering traditional care as well as cutting edge research. Millions of patients use technology as a part of their care today that was built by the team at Duet.While a subject matter expert in mobile application development for iOS and Android, Duet also built and installed next generation programming and integrations with wearables, Internet of Things (IOT) devices, Google Home and Amazon Alexa devices, and many others.

While continuing as the CEO of Duet Health, for a period of about 18 months, I was asked to step in as CIO to transform the entire MedData IT organization. During this time I lead cost cutting of more than $5M while we simultaneously improved the software position of the company and created a roadmap for future growth. I partnered with the CEO and business leaders to drive an effective change in how the company viewed the partnership with the technology organization and utilized our resources for more effective delivery of the company initiatives.
