Most frequently I handle merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions (including stock purchases, asset purchases and formation of joint ventures), other commercial transactions, corporate finance and workouts, and real estate transactions. I also represent various small businesses in their business and succession planning. From August 2011 through April 2014, as general counsel of a growing bank with operations in both Oklahoma and Texas, I handled matters involving commercial loans, corporate governance, shareholder relations, commercial contracts, vendor relations, depositor relations, bank regulation, and general compliance.
