Jeff Havens is the founder and managing partner of the Havens Group. He and his immediate family are 4th generational residents of Overland Park, KS. He is married to Danielle with sons Matt, Scott, and Brett (3 daughter-laws and six grandchildren). All graduated from KU (grandkids pending!). Havens began his career in the medical device industry, with the past twenty years in the human capital space. In 2012, the Havens Group was formed to connect companies to business opportunities and executive talent. The Company has successfully placed over 200 executives into various positions and countless more randomly by connecting people every step of the way.
