Jeffrey C. Hawkins was CEO, founder and a co-owner of Envirologic Technologies, Inc., a full-service environmental services firm celebrating 33 years of business. On January 1, 2023, Envirologic was acquired by Fishbeck, an exciting opportunity for all of our staff offering expanded services and a legacy of excellent service to our clients.Mr. Hawkins has over 37 years of environmental consulting experience including Hydrogeologic Investigations, RI/FS activities, Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, Risk-Based Corrective Action, Environmental Audits and Compliance Assessments, EMS Development, Brownfield redevelopment, grant writing, sustainable development and the application of Innovative Remediation Strategies. Mr. Hawkins’ expertise has been applied at brownfield sites, petroleum sites, former manufactured gas plant sites, food manufacturing and distribution, metal forming and treating sites, pharmaceutical sites, waste TSDF facilities, forest products and many others throughout Michigan and the Midwest. Mr. Hawkins is frequently utilized as an expert on Brownfield redevelopment issues. He has served as an instructor for the annual Michigan Economic Development Course offered through the Michigan Economic Developers Association. He has also served at the request of MDEQ Director on the Phase II Part 201 Discussion Group, Administration Subgroup to evaluate Michigan’s current cleanup program under Part 201, including the Brownfield redevelopment process, Liability Protection tools (BEA’s), Due Care responsibilities, Site Closure and Cleanup Criteria.
