I am an 𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 with considerable depth in information technology from a career spanning over 30 years. Beginning as a software engineer I’ve had the honor of serving companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Oshkosh Defense, Experian Corporation, FIS Global, Oracle, The Northern Trust Company, Sogeti USA, Asea Brown Boveri and many more. 𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙚𝙭𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜? An excellent first step in building a top performing and sustainable organization begins with the C-Suite. But even when orders from on high announce “We will become an agile organization,” there are many hurdles to identify and work through.
