LSI Corporation (formerly Agere Systems) designs semiconductor and software solutions that accelerate storage and networking in datacenters, mobile networks and client computing.Responsible for semiconductor solutions to a major Hard Disk Drive customer in Korea. Managed customer communication related to product requirements, roadmap alignment, delivery and service related issues, and jointly owned the design win process with Sales.

Managed Customer Service, Order Entry, New Codes Planning, and Tactical Marketing teams (total of 20 globally-located professionals). Interacted daily with worldwide customer base in support of design win activity. Ensured execution of all product commitments and internal revenue. Accountable for a $15M departmental budget.
