Jeff Heine is an experienced leader in non-profit management, targeted & direct marketing, and managing project efforts around the introduction of CRM infrastructure and processes. He recently retired as Executive Director of San Diego Gay Men’s Chorus after 3.5 years. Prior to that he has been Executive Director of Twin Cities Gay Men's Chorus for 10 years.Jeff worked for twenty year career with Carlson Companies, a global leader in the marketing, hospitality and travel industries, in 2008. His most recent position was Director of Customer Strategy for Carlson Hotels Worldwide.Prior to his current role, Jeff spent three years with Carlson’s CRM team for its consumer group division that includes Carlson Hotels, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Friday’s restaurants. In a past life, Jeff was project lead for Carlson Hotels where he coordinated and helped execute the HARMONY property management system rollout for Carlson’s Radisson hotels and resorts brand.Jeff is trained in Six Sigma methodology and has managed process design and improvement projects within Carlson Companies. He represents Carlson Companies as a trustee of the Marketing Science Institute and has represented Carlson Hotels Worldwide as a speaker at several marketing and CRM conferences.Specialties: Non-profit management.
