Provide implementation advisement, project risk management, technical expertise, best practices methods, and business analysis\project management assistance to customer implementation projects and existing Siebel installations.

Built and managed the InstallShield eBusiness Group responsible for all internal business and web\portal systems, providing a consolidated group for applications\systems development and operations management across the company and partner companies. Group mission was “To continuously improve the business through the application of process and technology”.

I left InstallShield during the "transition time of 2001" for six months to work on a project for Wavebend, in which we took the Sales Methodology of Holden (eFox) and encapsulated that as ActiveX controls which we in turn embedded into Siebel 2000. In this role I got to work as a Siebel Alliance Partner, and it was a fantastic experience taking what was basically a Sales Method in philosophy-format and turning it into a real-live integrated application inside of Siebel. After the project was delivered I returned to InstallShield.

Performed IT Consultant work at Ameritech, McDonalds, and other clients. Focus at this time was on custom web-based application development, primarily in hooking up disparate legacy databases via a common web interface.

Major project was building a web-based document management system for the Billings Systems Group at Ameritech which was to be used by the SDLC Billing Systems Dev Team to manage their documentation during each build cycle.
