Negotiate with foreign counterparts regarding bilateral logistics and event topics. • Traveled to 15 countries with Secretary Gutierrez, including Trade Missions to Vietnam and Iraq and Congressional Delegations to Panama and Colombia helping to promote Free Trade Agreements. • Planned and implemented all logistical aspects for the Department of Commerce during three Security and Prosperity Partnership trips with President Bush, President Calderon (Mexico) and Prime Minister Harper (Canada).• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

Developed the Speaker’s schedule and oversaw event coordination. Researched and formulated information for briefing books and advised the Speaker. Arranged all logistical aspects of political travel. Composed letters and follow-up event correspondence on the Speaker’s behalf.• Coordinated events with multiple Fortune 500 Companies. • Organized over 30 press conferences and media availabilities.• Traveled to 35 states for 70 events nationwide as the Speaker’s National Advance Coordinator.
