As part of Fluor's Enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) team for 15 years, I worked with communities of practice, helping deploy new communities, integrate knowledge sharing into their work processes to maximize value for their projects and clients. Fluor has been recognized as a leader in knowledge management, which has in turn led to increased KM consulting for our external clients. I have co-authored several technology books -- AutoCAD 3D Design & Presentation was published in four languages -- and I frequently blog on social media, knowledge management, and online communities.
