Managed the delivery of qualified consultants to our clients while supporting the sales and recruiting teams. Program lead for Enterprise ERP and Digital Transformation projects at Group Health for its merger with Kaiser Permanente. Managed team of project managers managing the migration of ERP system Lawson to PeopleSoft, with a focus on HR integration, employee experience, identity and access management and branding. The digital transformation team was focused on the development of all new customer facing websites and mobile applications. Responsible for all budgeting, executive communication, and status.
