As a highly-creative and experienced Graphic Designer and Illustrator, I launched an independent (but mighty) creative design service to provide a portfolio of distinctly-different clients with distinctly-different designs and well-crafted creative copy requests. While projects for start-up, mid-size, and high-growth organizations are diverse, the attention to detail and the stunning end result of each always remains the same. I handle every facet of client relations, branding initiatives, and project management from top to bottom. Projects include: logo design, flyers, catalogues, website design, stationery systems (business cards, letterheads, and envelopes), brochures, digital illustrations, trade show booths and banners, posters, product photography and packaging, wall graphics, vehicle wraps, print and online advertisements, and branded swag and clothing. As a results-driven, regulatory-compliant Manager of all marketing and communications efforts supporting the creative service needs of multiple channels at this medical device company, I not only completely rebranded the entire company to create an impressive, effective, and uniformed image, but also led a team of designers and other creatives through all facets of crafting and developing engaging, and innovative visual counterparts in various platforms that were in sync with EHOB's diverse communications narratives. I ideated and adroitly orchestrated and executed the artistic and technical design of various unique marketing concepts, campaigns, collateral, and materials, including: big picture strategy, messaging, print materials, signage, promotional items, product photography, packaging inserts, regulatory labeling, and HTML, CSS, and other digital assets via emerging technologies.Unique Projects and Accomplishments• Served as the Corporate Trademark Portfolio Administrator.• Spearheaded the design of a user-friendly EHOB website -- collaborating with the Director of Digital Marketing and Product Development Manager in the creation of content and digital assets. The new website doubled the number of users to the site.• Directed and managed the launch of EHOB's first Marketing Asset Management Platform - an online portal that went "live" within just 6 months of ideation. Directed the internal team to wireframe the platform, and provided brand assets and marketing collateral.• Led a rigorous Marketing SOP R&D Project to improve cross-team collaboration and streamline processes.• Developed an evidence-based SOP template for interdepartmental adoption and implementation.• Strove to lead the corporation in meeting and adhering to regulatory labeling deadlines and protocols.

I utilized creative vision to guide, implement, and launch the creative direction for Indiana's largest comics retailer. I conceptualized and designed a new corporate logo and all marketing collateral. To drive sales at all three of the company's stores, I produced signage, banners, and ad slicks, and I wrote, designed, and created e-blasts and managed social media posts. I collaborated with senior management and external vendors to plan, market, and advertise special events, including in-store signings and comic book convention appearances. I redesigned the company website to turn website visitors into repeat customers, and assisted in building the online storefront to improve the customer experience.Unique Projects and Accomplishments• Identified the need and took the initiative to write the company's first-ever Marketing Style Guide to maintain the new visual branding standards across all print and digital marketing channels.• Created and implemented new floor plans for two of the store locations; as a result, reduced instore theft and increased sales to that of the flagship store.• Partnered with comic book retailers across the country to promote the art of making comics. Events hosted aspiring artists live-in-store -- creating a complete 24-page comic book in 24 hours. These events proved popular with customers and artists alike, driving awareness of both the DTC stores and the local arts community.
