- Routinely review campaign setup for other team members to ensure trafficking accuracy.
- A go-to for team members when needing a second set of eyes to check on a delivery issue, and to many in the department for general institutional information around ad server tools and logic.
- Managed roll out of our Customer Service Training for entire Ad Ops department.
